Registration of business

Company registration in Europe — turnkey
A company in the EU is more than a business. It’s access to European banks and payment systems, to a market of 450 million customers, and the reputation of a jurisdiction that partners worldwide trust.
We pick the right country for your goals and handle everything turnkey: registration, legal address, bank account, accounting and taxes — with support at every step.
Your own EU company, without the bureaucracy marathon
An EU company gets you things that are hard to reach from outside: a European IBAN with SEPA payments, free trade across a market of 450 million people, and clients who sign contracts without hesitation. In several countries, an active business also supports a residence permit application.
We register companies in five countries, and in most cases we do it remotely — by power of attorney, no travel needed. You get one team that handles everything from the first consultation to your first tax filing.
Where to start looking:
- Hungary — 9% corporate tax, the lowest in the EU. KFT registered in 7–14 days, our fee is €2,800.
- Lithuania — the most affordable entry: UAB registration for €2,500, share capital of just €1,000, and new small companies pay 0% corporate tax for their first two years.
- Netherlands — reputation and credibility. A BV starts with one eurocent of capital; our fee is €3,500.
- Portugal — capital from €1 per share, and SMEs pay a reduced 16% on their first €50,000 of profit. LDA registration is €3,500.
- Latvia — corporate tax applies only when you distribute profit. Money you reinvest is taxed at 0%.
And we stay after the paperwork is done. Legal address, bookkeeping, bank account assistance, tax filings — all covered by a flat monthly fee. The VAT number comes free.
Which country fits your case is a twenty-minute conversation. Book a free consultation and we’ll figure it out together.
